The Quest for Physical Fitness.

The quest for physical fitness has begun. It's been almost 17 months since I had my last baby and still I struggle with losing the last 15lbs. So today I started exercising again. I mean really exercising, like an hour and 15mins of walking/running. Burned 448 calories, and I'm counting the calories I eat. I'm bound and determined to lose this weight. I'm eating good for me food. I'm striving to drink enough water. Goal is 75oz a day, though I've mentioned that before in this blog, since it's this weeks small change I'm doing it every day, and will continue to do so. 


Next week on top of exercising 3 days a week, I'll be working on the next small goal. Which from the title of the next chapter is sleep related. So not only will I be continuing to drink lots of water, and exercising, I'll be focusing on sleep as well. 


Oh the joys of hopeful progress?
